Tom has been in the roofing industry since 1974! When he started B. T. Lakeside Roofing, Inc., it became apparent that his experience with the many aspects of construction was useful in detecting leaks and solving problem areas on roofs and creating state of the art roofing systems. Tom keeps current with the latest in roofing technology, to insure his company's progress into the 21st century. It has been exciting and rewarding for Tom to watch his company's growth since 1980. Tom insists that his company is up to date on new products, systems and technique; as well as the many key issues (such as mold, green roofs, and cool roofs) in the roofing community.

Barb has been part of B.T. Lakeside Roofing, Inc. since 1983. Previous to her joining her husband in the roofing business, she was an elementary school teacher for 11 years. One of her goals for the company is to create an atmosphere where customers can feel comfortable asking questions. She feels that customers need as much information as possible to make an educated decision when purchasing a roof system.

Wendy has worked for B. T. Lakeside Roofing, Inc. since 1992! She has worked with accounts payable and receivable, as well as with proposal creation. Presently, Wendy is in charge of accounts receivable. She can help with any of the accounts receivable questions that may arise. Wendy also works in our service department, scheduling and routing our service techs.

Tammy came to work for B. T. Lakeside Roofing, Inc. in the fall of 1999. Tammy has worked in our accounting department. Tammy works extensively with receivable collections. She has recently added working with our service customers to her duties.

Pam Mock has worked in an office environment for over 15 years, specializing in customer service. Presently, Pam is our sales assistant. She works closely with our sales staff to prepare proposals for all of our roofing jobs. Pam is central in communication between our customers and the salesmen.  If a customer has questions, they can count on Pam to answer them or direct them to another one of our staff members or manufacturer who can provide the necessary information.

Tommy Pinkard has worked in the roofing industry since1983. He has extensive experience in both steep slope and flat roofing.  Tommy believes that one of the more pressing issues when creating a roof plan, for your roof, is the ventilation of the building.  In the past, many homes and buildings have not considered the ventilation issue and have therefore created situation where rot and mold flourish.

B.T. Lakeside Roofing and Exteriors are is excited to announce the addition of Tom Pinkard to our sales staff. Mr. Pinkard brings with him over 25 years of experience in the roofing and general construction arena. His knowledge and his enthusiasm will make him a valuable asset to B.T. Lakeside Roofing the entire community we serve.

Pat has been in the roofing business since 1983. We are proud to say that Pat has been with B. T. Lakeside Roofing, Inc. since 1985! Pat is our leading foreman, dedicated to job technique and performance. Pat is now working in our service department. Pat brings his many years of experience to service our customers.

Ted has been in the roofing industry since 1977.  He has been working for B. T. Lakeside Roofing, Inc. since 1990. Presently, Ted is one of our service techs. Ted is very detail-oriented and is excellent at detecting leaks. Ted has extensive knowledge of the many different types of roofing systems and related components.

Pedro started working for B. T. Lakeside Roofing, Inc. in 1997. He is presently involved in estimating our residential roofs. Mr. Rodriguez also works very closely with our service department to provide additional assistance for our service techs as well as our roofers at one of our many job sites.

Mr. Bajgert has been working in the roofing industry since 1976.  John began
working at B T Lakeside Roofing and Exteriors in 2006.  He is a service tech who
specializes in detecting leaks in shingle roofs, siding and windows. His many years of experience and mechanical ability add to high quality technicians in our company.

He has worked for B T Lakeside Roofing and Exteriors since 2003. He has been working in the roofing industry since 1996. Cruz has been one of our foreman for 3 years and was promoted to superintendent in the spring of 2008.

Oscar has had extensive experience working in the roofing industry since 1998.  In 2007,  with his experience and leadership, Oscar was promoted to a foreman position.

Jose has worked in the roofing industry since 1991. He has been working for B T Lakeside Roofing and Exteriors since 2002.  Jose is an excellent roofing mechanic. He also has additional experience in carpentry and masonry, which round out his experience and his ability to manage a crew.
